On arrival at Otter Rise you will receive a warm welcome from your hosts and lots of goodies – some treats, some essentials and many home-grown and home-made goodies to get your holiday off to a great start and help you relax into your new home.

Otter Rise has been carefully and thoughtfully refurbished to a high standard throughout with comfortable, quality furnishings and fittings so that you feel at home as soon as you step through the front door.  We have designed the accommodation to be easily accessible to all our guests and to make sure that the amazing and very special countryside views can be enjoyed from all windows.

The cottage inside has a cosy, homely feel with well thought out details such as soft lighting, rugs, cushions and tartan throws.  While, as you’d expect, the same level of thought and care has been applied to the outside areas; the large, well-fenced and mostly level garden has been designed to take advantage of the south-facing position and glorious views and is divided into distinct areas of lawn which is mostly level; level patio area with table and chairs and barbecue.

Otter Rise has been designed so that whether you visit in the warm, balmy days of summer sunshine or the crisply cold, star sparkled nights of winter, you will feel at home.
