You can check the availability of Otter Rise on the calendar, if the dates you require are free please call or email us so that we can reserve them for you.

Change over day is usually on Friday  from 4.00pm.  However we do try to be as flexible as we can, especially outside the main holiday seasons, so please contact us if you would like to arrive on a different day.

20% deposit required at time of booking.

All bookings must be a minimum of 2 nights stay, except dates in July and August where we usually only offer stays of a minimum of one week.

Prices are inclusive of all linen, towels, heating, electricity, first basket of logs and a selection of home-made goodies to welcome you on arrival.

• Remainder due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If your stay commences within 4 weeks of booking, the full amount will be payable at time of booking.
• Cancellation – full refund if property relet or if UK govt regulations require closure of property due to Covid-19 restrictions.
• Prices inclusive of all linen, towels, use of high chair, travel cot, heating, electricity, washing and cleaning materials, dog bowls and towels and an initial basket of logs.
